✅ Eligible for Return/Replacement only if:

• Damaged during shipping

• Wrong item received

• Must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide photo/video proof.

• Product must be unused and in original packaging.

🚚 Return shipping cost:

• We will bear return shipping charges for valid cases.

💰 Refund/Replacement Timeline:
5–7 business days after inspection.

2. Digital Products (eBooks, Meal Plans, Downloads)

❌ No Return or Refund once downloaded or accessed.

All digital sales are final. If you face technical issues, please contact us for resolution.

3. Subscription/Services (App + WhatsApp Bot)

• We do not offer refunds for AI chatbot or app usage once the subscription begins.

• You can cancel at any time before renewal.
