Refund and Returns Policy

1. Physical Products

• Eligible for return/refund within 7–14 days of delivery (unused, sealed, in original packaging).

• Non-returnable items: Personal care, consumables, perishable items.

• Return shipping cost: Paid by customer unless product is defective/damaged.

2. Digital Products

• Non-refundable once downloaded/accessed.

• Exceptions only if duplicate charge or technical error occurs.

3. Mixed Products (bundles/subscriptions)

• Refunds only for the physical part as per policy; digital portion is non-refundable.

4. International Orders

• Refunds exclude customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges.

• If refused at customs, refunds may be partial (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Timeline

• Processed within 7–14 business days after receiving returned items.
