This policy applies to purchases made directly on againnatural.com. If you purchased through Amazon (US, Canada, or India) or another marketplace, that marketplace’s own shipping and return policy applies instead.
1. Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and delivered within 7-14 business days domestically, and 2-30 business days internationally.
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
You will receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
2. Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are natural and handmade, slight variation in finish, patina, weight, or color is expected and is not grounds for return.
You may request a return or exchange if:
The product arrives damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
(Only where applicable, per your local law — see below) you simply changed your mind, within the eligible window

Region-specific rights
India: In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery.
USA: Our standard return window is 7 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging, unless stated otherwise on the product listing. This does not limit any rights you have under your state’s consumer protection laws.
EU/UK: As a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and return the product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) / UK equivalent. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. This right does not apply to items that are personalized or which have been used beyond what’s necessary to establish their nature.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 30 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item).
Return shipping costs are borne by [the customer / us — edit as applicable], except where the return is due to our error or required by law (e.g., EU withdrawal right, where the customer bears the direct cost of return unless otherwise stated).
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and handmade-nature reasons, the following may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns: personalized/engraved items, and items marked “final sale” on the listing.
